Ayni malzemelerde boyle kahvaltiliklar ortaya cikti.<br />
Coktan beri yapmak istedigim patateste civcivleride bu vesile ile yapmis oldum.<br />

Another child menu. The family friend whom we invited for breakfast has very sweet children. So I decided to prepare the menu for kids. Sweet children have enjoyed very much on the table, and of course we have too.While preparing menu, I added known stuff. Potato salad, dumplings, fries... From the same materilas, this menu came alive. I always wanted to create chicks from mashed potato, and I did it.<br />

Misafir gelen cocuklari sevindirmek icin yapmistim. Gercekten cok hoslarina gittigini soylediler.<br />
Hata evlerien giderken geri kalanini goturduler. Nasil sevindim o cocuklarin sevincini gorunce.<br />
Artan hamurdan oylesine ortaya cikan bu Gulyabani surakli ekmek herkesi sevindirdi.<br />

2 Ekmek hamuru ( 600 gr)<br />
4 Corba kasigi tereyag<br />
1,2 Cay bardagi sut<br />
2 Corba kasigi domates salcasi<br />
2 Kalin dilim sucuk<br />
Biraz corek otucut small piece from dough<br />
Biraz karabiber<br />
1 yumurta<br />

~~ YAPIMI~~<br />
<br />
Once satin aldigimiz mayali hamurumuzu oda sicagliginda kabartalim.<br />
Kabaran hamura, oda sicakligindaki tereyag ve sut ile yoguralim.<br />
Yeniden kabaran hamuru yagli tezgaha alalim. Hamurudan kucuk bir beze alalim. Geri kalan hamuru oklava ole uzun bir silindir sekli verelim.<br />
Silindir seklindeki hamurun alt kismi daha genis ust kismi daha sivri olursa iyi olur.<br />
Ust kisimdaki sivri ucu 4 parmak kadar one dogru bukelim .<br />
Hamurun alt kismindan 1 karis kadar seritler keselim ve sakal seklinde seritleri kiviralim .<br />
Sucuklari gozlerini olusturacka sekilde yerlestirelim. Karabiber taneleri ile agiz sekli verelim<br />
Biber yada pastirma ile kas yapalim. Ucgen seklindeki peynirdan burun sekli olurturalim.<br />
Gulyabani nin yuzune yumurta sarisi surelim<br />
Ayirdigimiz kucuk beze hamuru ince serik halinde buyuk alin tarafina yerlestirelim<br />
Uzerine yumruta beyazi surup corek otu serpelim . Sapka formati verdigimiz yere salcayi surelim ( Salca sert ise suyla acin )<br />
Artan Yumurta beyazini sakalina surelim.<br />
20 dakika oda sicakliginda dinlendirelim.<br />
Onceden isinmis firinda yaklasik 20 dakika pisirelim.<br />
Cosuklari sevindirmek isterseniz bu Gulyabani pizasini deneyin .<br />

Hello dear followers. Today I would like to share bread
recipe again. It is rather pizza style thin bread. I prepared this to make
happy my evening visitors who are seven and ten years old. They told me that it
was so fun. They took the rest with them back to home. I was so happy to see them like that. This was
a left over dough and it made everyone happy.<o:p></o:p></div>

2 ea bread dough (1.5 lb)<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
4 tbsp. butter<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
2 cup milk<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
2 tbsp. tomato paste<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
2 thick slice Turkish sausage <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Pinch of nigella seeds<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Pinch of black pepper seeds<o:p></o:p></div>

1 egg<o:p></o:p></div>

INSTRUCTIONS:<o:p></o:p></div>

First allow the dough rise in room temperature. Mix well the
dough with milk and butter. Allow to rest for another rise. Move the dough onto
counter or wide cutting board. Cut a small piece and set aside. Thin the rest
with roller to give a round shape. Shape the bottom more v shape and top wider.
Roll back the top side around 2”. Cut the bottom vertically to make the beard
and curly them. Make eyes with sausage pieces and mouth with pepper seeds. Make
eyebrow with green pepper or cheese. Cut a pice of cheese in triangle shape to
make the nose. Spread the egg yolk onto face.<o:p></o:p></div>

Make roll from the set aside dough and put on over eyebrows
to shape forehead. Sprinkle the nigella seeds and spread tomato paste to finish
the head.<o:p></o:p></div>

Spread the remaining egg white onto beard area. Let it rest
another 20 minutes in room temperature. Cook in pre-heat oven (350F) 20
minutes.<o:p></o:p></div>

Hamur icin once yogurma kabin da siviyag ve yogurdu karistir.<br />
Elenmis ve kabartma tozu ile tuz eklenmis unu sivi karisima yavas yavas ekle , iyice yogur.<br />
Yogurulan hamur pogaca hamuru kivaminda olmali.<br />
Yaglanmis dikdortge bir tepsiye hamuru biraz acarak yay. Tepsinin kenarlarina dogru hamuru biraz yukselt.<br />

Diger tarafta ispanaklari ince ince kiy . Tavaya sivi yagi al ve ince dogranmis kuru sogani biraz sotele . Soganlarin rengi degisince icersine ispanaklari ekle yine biraz sotele.<br />
Ispanaklar biraz pisince ocaktan al ve sogumaya birak.<br />
Soguyan ispanaklarin suyunu suz.Suyu suzulen ispanaga yumurtayi , peyniri ve cevizi ekle iyice karistir. Ispanakli karisimi tepsideki hamurun uzerine yay.<br />
Onceden isinmis ( 300F yada 200C ) firinda yaklasik 35, 40 dakika kizarana dek pisir.<br />

Today I want top share an easy recipe. Easy spinach pie.<br />

INGREDIENTS:<br />

1 cup plain yogurt<br />
1 cup vegetable oil,<br />
1 pk baking soda<br />
4 cup water<br />
1/2 tsp salt.<br />
1/2 lb spinach<br />
1 mid-size onion<br />
1/4 lb cheese<br />
1 cup diced walnut<br />
1 egg<br />
1/3 cup vegetable oil<br />
<br />
PROCEDURE:<br />
For the dough, in a bowl, add vegetable oil and yogurt and mix them well. Add shifted and baking soda added flour into mixture and mix well. The dough should be like pizza dough softness.<br />
Spread some oil into square cooking pan and raise the sides of the dough to cover the whole pan.<br />
On the other hand, dice the spinach finely.Add oil into hot pan and saute chopped onion. As soon as the onions changes color, add spinach and saute some more.<br />
As soon as spinach are cooked, set it aside and let cool.Remove extra water from spinach by squeezing. Add cheese,walnut, and egg into spinach add mix well. Spread the mixture onto dough.<br />
Pre-heat the oven to 300 F (200 C) and cook the pie 35-40 minutes.<br />

Merhaba, karli bir kis gununden herkese kocaman sevgiler. Bu gun sizlerele uzun suredir yayinlanmayi bekleyen resimlerimi paylasicam. Cok sevdigim bir arkadasimin dogum gununde birlikte olmak istedik ve onlari aksam yemegine davet ettik. Sagolsunlar kirmadilar geldiler.<br />

YAPILISI<br />
<br />
Once sutu iyice isitiyoruz, isinan sutun icersine kuru maya ve sekeri karistiryoruz. Maya sutun icinde goz goz kabariyor ve kopuruyorsa sute yavas yavas unu ilave ediyoruz . Unu oncede elerseniz ve tuz ile harmanlarsaniz daha iyi sonuc verir hamurunuz . Guzel ce yaklasik 10 dakika iyice yoguruyoruz. Ele yapismayan elastik bir hamur olmasi lazim. Eger cok civik bir hamur olduysa biraz daha elenmis un ilave edile bilirsiniz. Hamuru kapatip iki misli olana dek mayalanmaya birakiyoruz. Yaklasik yarim saat yada 45 dakika surer mayalanmasi.<br />
Mayalanan hamurumuzdan yaklasik bir Greyfurt kadar buyuklukte hamur aliyoruz.<br />
Sivi yag ile yagladigimiz tezgahata hamuru elimizle aciyoruz. Pogaca acar gibi cok ince olmasina gerek yok. Actigimiz hamura ezilmis hashas suruyoruz . Hashasiniz cok sert, hamurun uzerinde yayilmiyorsa birazcik sivi yag ile incelte birlisiniz.<br />
Hamuru rulo yapip, iki ucundan tutup sundurelim. Rulomuzdan yaklasik 10 cm kesip tekrar tezgahta silindir gibi yuvarlayip uzatalim. Kucuk silindir hamuru bukup yaglanmis tepsiye yerlestirelim. Butun hamur bitene kadar bu islemi yapalim.<br />
Tum hamur bitince hamurumuzun uzerine sivi yag surup mayalanmasi icin yarim saat dinlendirelim.<br />
Kabaran hamuru onceden isitigimiz 200 C firinda yaklasik 30 dakika pisirelim.<br />

Bakery with milk and poppy seed is easy to cook and one the
most loved one.<o:p></o:p></div>

Ingredients:<o:p></o:p></div>

2 cups water<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
4 cups flour<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1 tbs. dry yeast<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1 cup poppy seed paste<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1 tsp. salt<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1 tsp. sugar<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Directions:<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Heat up the milk and add yeast and sugar. Mix well. When you
see the yeast is growing add flour to milk slowly. If you sift it and add salt,
you can get better result. Mix the dough ten minutes well. It should not stick
to your hands. If it is too soft add bit more flour. Cover the dough and let it
grow (double the size) That should take 30-45 minutes.<o:p></o:p></div>

Pick dough a size of grapefruit. On oiled platform make a
sheet from dough. It should not be very thin. Add some poppy paste. If your
paste is too thick, add some olive oil to thin. Roll the dough. Cut in 10 cm
pieces and on platform roll each piece to thinner roll. Put the roll into deep cooking
pan. Proceed until all dough is processed the same way. Once all finished spread
some olive oil over the dough and let it sit for half an hour. Pre heat oven to
350 F (200 C) and cook for half an hour. Enjoy.<o:p></o:p></div>

Clean Sardina and wash.<br />
Select a oven safe glasspat.<br />
Slice onions and place into glass pat.<br />
Slice garlic on to onions .<br />
Crush bay leaves and spread in to pat.<br />
Slice lemon and spread over mixture.<br />
Place Sardines over lemons.<br />
Spread peppercorn in the sardines.<br />
Pour the olive oil by running over Sardinia.<br />
Add water and salt.<br />
Cover with Aluminum foil.<br />
Preheat oven 350 F<br />
Cook for 30 minutes and,<br />
Remove the foil and cook another 15 minutes.<br />

1 Whole Chicken Breast<br />
5 Red Pepper<br />
5 Green Onions<br />
1/2 Bunch Parsley<br />
1/3 Cup Olive Oil<br />
1/3 Cup Balsamic /vinegar<br />
1 Clove Garlic, Grated<br />
1/2 Lemon Cuice.<br />

First Take the Chicken Breast Drop in to pat.<br />
Add water above the chicken.<br />
Boil until cook 45- 60 minutes.<br />
Grill the peppers, on the barbecue.<br />
Remove the skin and seed.<br />
Chop the Chicken meat and peppers.<br />
Chop the green onions and parsley.<br />
On the anther side, mix garlic, salt , black pepper and vinegar.<br />
Now mix all the ingredients.<br />

Merhaba Izmir'li olupda Sambali tatlisini bilmeyen yoktur herhalde. Annem bu tatlinin tarifini ilk radyodan duymustu. Komsumuz Zeynep teyzeye anlatiyordu. Radyoda sambali tarifi verdiler, yarin yapalim mi beraber dedigini hala hatirliyorum .<br />
Ertesi gun malzemeler alindi ,bir bakir tepside karistirildi uzerine fistiklar ozenle dizildi ve belediyenin ekmek firinina goturuldu .<br />
Eve gelir gelmez uzerine surup dokuldu. Kucuk oldugum icin annemin yanindan ayrilmiyordum O kucucuk aklimla herseyi hafizama kaydetmisim . Nerden bilirdim gunun birinde bu tatliyi yapip tarifini yayinlayacagimi. Inanin annemin o radyodaki tarifi anlatisini hic unutmadim . <br />

Derin bir karistirma kabina Irmik , yogurt, seker , vanilya va kabartma tozunu alip hepsini guzelce karistiriyoruz. Yaglanmis firin kabina karisimi dokuyoruz . Uzerini duzelttigimiz tatlimizin uzerine fistiklari diziyoruz . Tatlimizi bir bicakla dilimliyoruz. Firina koymadan once mutlaka dilimleyin.<br />
Onceden isitigimiz 200 C yada 350 F'de firinda kizarincaya dek yaklasik yarim saat pisiriyoruz.<br />
Tatlimiz piserken surubunu hazirliyoruz. Sekeri suyu bir kapta kaynatiyoruz kaynayinca limon suyunu ekliyoruz 3 dakika daha kaynayinca altini kapatiyoruz.<br />
Firindan cikan tatlimizi biraz sogusun diye bekletiyoruz surubumuzda ilisinca tatlimizin uzerine esit sekilde dokuyoruz. Bir gece dinlenen tatlimiz servise hazir .<br />

pan, peanuts were lined up carefully, and we took it to municipal bakery house to

was a child, I was with the mom always. I recorded all details into my little
brain. I would not know that one day I will cook it and share the recipe. Believe or
not, I cannot forget how my mom was

baking powder. Pour into pre oiled baking pan. Level nicely and line up the
peanuts as you desire. Cut the dough with a knife for cubic (or your shape)
shapes. Pre heat oven to 350 F (200 C) degrees and cook it for half an hour or
top color is light brown. <o:p></o:p></div>

While it is cooking in oven, prepare the syrup. Add water,
sugar and when boiled, add lemon juice. Boil another three minutes and turn the
heat off.<o:p></o:p></div>

Rest the desert when you it is cooked and let it to cool
down. Add thee syrup when it is warm onto desert. Let it rest over a night, and

Kekimize cevizide ilave edip cok cirpmadan karistiriyoruz.<br />
Yaglanmis ve unlanmis kek kalibina kekimizi dokup hizlica bir iki defa tezgaha vuruyoruz.<br />
Oncaden istilmis 200 C yada 350 F firinda yaklasik 25 , 30 dakika pisiriyoruz.<br />
Kurdan testi yapip kurdan temiz cikinca kekimizi firindan cikariyrouz. <br />

Today I would like to share a recipe that goes along with winter
days. It fits perfectly with a cup of tea. <o:p></o:p></div>

4 eggs<o:p></o:p></div>

1 cup milk<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1 cup sugar<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1 cup vegetable oil<o:p></o:p></div>

1 cup crushed walnut<o:p></o:p></div>

2.5 cups flour<o:p></o:p></div>

1 pk. Baking powder<o:p></o:p></div>

Procedure:<o:p></o:p></div>

Whip the eggs with sugar until the sugar is well blended.
Once the sugar is melted, add milk and oil slowly and continue to whip. <o:p></o:p></div>

Mix vanilla, flour, cinnamon and baking powder and sift the
mixture. Add the mixture slowly while whipping. Finally add one tbs. flour into
walnut mix roughly and add into dough. DO not whi to much, just roughly.<o:p></o:p></div>

Pout the dough into pre-oiled cooking pan, and hit the pan
onto counter top few times. Pre heat the oven 305 F (200 C), and cook it 25-30
minutes. Check the center with toothpick. If the toothpick comes clear, it is
cooked.<o:p></o:p></div>

Bugun ku tarifimiz Etli Kara Lahana Sarmasi. Ben Egeli oldugumdan kara lahanayi cok bilmezdik biz.<br />
Beyaz lahanadan asma yapragindan yapilirdi bizde sarmalar. Zaman la insan bircok sey ogreniyor.<br />
Sadece karalahana yi ogrenmedim , soyle bir zihnimi yokladimda, ebegomeci yapragindan da yapmisim ben bir defasinda. Sonra pazir da sarmistim . Yesil Fasulye nin yapragindan yapmisti bir arkadasim .<br />

I wish you nice week and happy future. Today’s recipe is
meat stuffed collard green rolls. Since I am from Aegean region of Turkey, I
did not know this collard green. Mostly did the rolls from regular cabbage leaf.
We learn by the time. When I queried my memory, I remember doing it not only
from cabbage leaf, but also from ebegomeci leaf (wild grown green specific to
our region). One of my friend used green bean leaf. I heard people of Malatya
use apricot leaf. If do a research about rolls, I can’t imagine what we come
across. Let’s cut it short and go to recipe.<o:p></o:p></div>

3 bunch of collard green<o:p></o:p></div>

1 lb. ground meat.<o:p></o:p></div>

2 onion<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1/3 cup rice<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
½ bunch parsley<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
3 tbs. tomato paste<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1/3 cup oil<o:p></o:p></div>

1 tsp. Cumin<o:p></o:p></div>

1 tsp. dry mint<o:p></o:p></div>

1 tsp. ground red pepper<o:p></o:p></div>

Procedure:<o:p></o:p></div>

Separate the collards greens from hard cores. Drop into
boiling water and keep in 4-5 minutes. Drop them to cold water and drain the
water. In a deep cup, mix the finely chopped onion, meat,parsley,2 tbs. paste,
salt, black pepper, cumin, mint, red pepper, and ½ cup water. Open up the leaf
and drop small amount of mixture, and roll it. Make sure you close the sides
first and roll. Put them into a cooking pan. In a small pan, dilute the
remaining paste with 2 cups of water and add into rolls. Cook them until the
skin of the rolls are soft.<o:p></o:p></div>

In a deep cup, mix olive oil, canola oil, water, spices. Add
diced onion, and pepper paste. Sift flour and baking powder and add them in
small amounts to mix well until all in. Every time you add flour mix the dough
well. Once all done, you’ll have homogenized one piece dough.</div>

Cut small pieces (size of walnut) from dough and roll it
between you palms until it is like a stick. Make a round by sticking both ends
to each other. Put on oiled cooking sheet. Once you have all ready, brush top
with egg yolk. Do not pre-heat the oven. Set oven to 160 C (300F) and start
cooking immediately for twenty-twenty five minutes based on your oven’s power.
If the top is golden brown, they are ready to serve.</div>

1/2 su bardagi sivi yag<br />
200 gr beyaz peynir<br />
Arzu edenler maydonozda ekleye bilir.<br />

Once sivi yag dan bir iki kasik alip tepsiyi yaglayin. <br />
Sut , yogurt ,yag ve yumurtalari iyice cirpin.<br />
Yufkadan bir adet alip tepsiye yayin, ve sivi karisimla islatin.<br />
Ben her kata yarim kepce ( yakalsik bir fincan ) karisim la islattim.<br />
Her 3 katta bir aralarina peynir serptim.<br />
Butun yufkalar bitene dek bu islemi uyguladim.<br />
Yufkalar bittiginde geri kalan tum karisimi boregin heryerine doktum .<br />
Bir gece buzdolabinda bekletim. Boylelikle boregimiz tum karisimi iyice cekiyor.<br />
Onceden isitilmis (200 C ) yada 350 F firinda 30 dakikka pisirdim .<br />
Puf puf yumusacik bir borek oluyor. Denerseniz pisman olmazsiniz.<br />

Apply the procedure until all pastry sheets are done.</div>

Spread the remaining mix on top.</div>

Let it rest a night in fridge to allow the sheets soak the mix.</div>

Kahvalti da 4 kisi olacagimiz icin kucuk bir masa hazirladim. Nazar boncuklu cay bardakalrini gorunce , mavili bir masa olsun istedim. Nacizane karinca kararinca bir seyler cikardik masamiza. El birligi ile hazirladik . Tariflerini onumuzdeki gunlerde yazacagim ikramlarimiz var.<br />
Bugun sadece resimleri paylasip kalkicam bilgisayarin basindan.<br />
Sevgiyle, saglikla shatle kalin arkadaslar.<br />

Ele yapismayan bir hamur olacak. Hamurun uzerini ortup yarim saat mayalandirin. <br />
Iki misli kabaran hamura , aksamdan islatip tuzunu aldiginiz kuru domatesleri ve kekigi ilave edin.<br />
Kuru domatesli hamuru cok ezmeden yeniden yogurun. Tekrar uzerini ortun ve iki misli olana dek mayanlandirin.<br />
Mayalanan hamuru un serptiginiz tazgaha alin ve elinizle sekil verin ve un serptiginiz tepsiye alin. <br />

Hele yazin uzerine dondurma da kondumu sicak gunlerin en sevilen sustlu tatlilarindan biri oluyor.<br />

Once Kazan dibinin altini yakacagimiz kabi hazirlamakta fayda var.<br />
Tepsimizi tereyagi ile iyice heryanini yaglayalim, ve 2 kasik pudra sekerini yaglanmis tepsinin heryerine serpelim. Tepsiyi ocaga koyup pudra sekeri eriyene dek ( yakmadan ) 2 yada 3 dakika ocak uzerinde gezdirelim . Sekerli tepsiyi sogumasi icin kenara alalim.<br />
Tencereye 4 bardak sutu ve sekeri koyup kaynayana dek ara sira karistiralim. ( Sut tasmasin diye karistiriyoruz ) Diger tarafta 1 bardak sut ile 1 bardak pirinc ununu iyice cirpalim , sut soguk olsun ki princ unu acilsin . Pirinc unlu sutu, yavasca kaynayan sute ekleyelim, bir yandan da karistiralim ki pirinc unu topaklanmasin. Koyu bir muhallebi olana dek karistiralim. Muhallebimiz goz goz olana dek pisirelim. Muhallebimizi sekerli tepsiye dokup tekrar ocak uzerine alalim , cevire cevire pisirelim . Tepsinin etrafindan yandigini anlayincaya dek cevirelim. Ocagi kapatip tepsiyi su dolu baska bir tepsiye oturtalim , boylelikle tatlimiz daha kolay cikar tepsiden . Soguyunca tatlimizi serin biryerde en az 8 saat dinlendirip dilimleyelim.<br />

YAPILISI<br />
Once tum yesilikleri iyic eyikayip suyunun suzulmesi icin kenara alin. Sonra domatesleri altindan + isareti seklinde kesin, dibine kadar kesmeyin . Kestigimiz domateslerin cekirdeklerini cikarin , icinin suyunu suzun . Bir kaseye paynirleri alin ve catalla iyice ezin , icersine sarimsak ve yesilikleri ekleyin. Hazirladigimiz peynirleri domateslerin icine doldurun ve ustlerine bir kac corek otu dokun .<br />
Cop sisileri taze soganalrin kok kismindan yavasca sokun ( sogan zedelenmesin ) Soganlar lalelerimizin yaprak ve kok gorunumunde olacak. Cop sislerin uclerine domatesleri gecirin . <br />
Maydonozlari bir kavanoza yerlestirin . Maydonozlarin aralarina lale domatesleri yerlestirin ve ister kahvalti masasina'da , ister misafir masasina da konuklariniza ikram edin. <br />

Taskadayifi harkes bilir, yufkacidan alinir icine ceviz konur kizartilir serbetlenri . <br />
Ancak gurbette olanlarimiz herzaman bulamayanlariniz icin bende kadayifin kendinide evde yaptim.<br />
Once gozumde buyumustu ama inanin cok kolay ve cok bereketli bir tatli .<br />

1 cay kasigi ucu ile soda .<br />

1 su bardagi sivi yag<br />
1 yumurta<br />
1 su bardagi kirik ceviz<br />

Serbet icin<br />
<br />
2 su bardagi seker<br />

1 tatli kasigi limon suyu.<br />

Yapiliri<br />
<br />
Once surubu hazirlayin, bunun icin su ve seker'i tencerede kaynatin ve kaynadiktan sonra limon suyunu ekleyip 2 dakika daha kaynatin. Sonra sogumasini bekleyin. <br />
Once derin bir kaseye , ilik suy'u, sut'u, seker'i ve kuru maya'yi koyup tahta kasikla karistirin.<br />
Yaklasik 5 dakika sonar karisima unu tuzu ekleyip mixer ile iyice cirpin . En son karisima tuz ve soday'i ( karbonat) ekleyip 2 dakika daha cirpin. Koyu bir bulamac olmasi lazim. Boza kivaminda . <br />
Taflon tavayi hafif ce yaglayin ( yag cok olursa pecete ile silin) bulamaci corba kasigi ile birer kasik aralikli tavaya dokun. Kenarlari kurudugunda kadayifimizin alti kizarmis demektir.<br />
Kadayiflari arkasini cevirmeden ( tekyonlu pisecek) kagit pecete uzerine alin . <br />
Tum hamur bitiginde , kadayiflarin pismeyen tarafina bir kasik ceviz koyup karsilikli kapatin.<br />
Tum kadayiflar cevizlenip kapatildiktan sonar. Yumurta'yi iyice cirpin , siviyagi iyice kizdirin ve kadayiflarin sadece uclarini yumurtaya batirip kizartin. <br />
Kizaran kadayiflari heman serbete atin, 1 dakika sonar serbeten cikarin.<br />
Tum kadayiflar kizarip serbete batip ciktiktan sonar servis tepsisne dizin ve uzerien geri kalan serbeti dokun. Isyerseniz uzerien tarcin yada hindistan cevizi gezdire bilrisiniz.<br />
