Malzemeler:
1 ks domates {konserve ise suyu sizilmis)
2 yemek kasigi zeytin yagi
1 orta boy sogan
1 yemek kasigi domates puresi
1nyemek kasigi seker
1 buyuk dia sarmisak, kiyilmis
1 yemek kasigi kiyilmis kereviz yapragi
1 yemek kasigi kiyilimis rezene yapragi,
1 defne yapragi
Yapilisi
Eger, taze domates kullaniyorsaniz derisini soymak icin kaynayan suda otuz saniye tutun.Derisi kolayca cikacaktir.
Domateslerin cekirdeklerini cikarin ve dograyin
Yagi genis bir tavada kizdirin ve soganlari pembelesinceye kadar pisirin.
Domates puresinim sekeri, sarmisagi,domatesleri,kereviz ve rezene yapraklarini, defne yaparagini, tuz ve karabiberi ekleyin
Yaklasik 30 dakika (domatesler suyunu kaybediunceye kadar) pisirin.
Baligin derisini ve kemiklerini cikarip bir lokmalik buyuklugunde dograyin
Balik ve kalamari domateslerin icine dokun ve 15-20 dakika pisirin ( balik pisene kadar)
Dort kisilik yemeginiz hazir. Afiyet olsun.

Fish Stew
2 pounds beefsteak tomatoes or canned tomatoes(drained)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon sugar
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped celery leaf
1 tablespoon chopped fennel leaf
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper
1 1/2 pounds mixed white fish(I used haddock, halibut and whitening)
8 ounces squid
1 can mussels(drained) or 10 to 12 fresh mussels in shell
1 can clams(drained)
If using fresh tomatoes, skin the tomatoes by submerging in a pan of boiling water for 30 seconds
Then skin will peel off easily, cut in half and remove seeds, chop the flesh
Heat the oil in a large pan and gently fry the onion until translucent
Add the tomato puree, sugar, garlic, tomatoes, celery leaf, fennel leaf, bay leaf, salt and pepper
Cook for 30 minutes until the tomatoes are thick and almost dry
Remove skin and bones from fish and chop into bite size pieces
Place the fish and squid in with the tomatoes, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until fish is cooked
This is for 4 servings, I had doubled the recipe yesterday.
