Sanirim tam zamani fosofr acisindan oldukca zengin olan bir balik . Kizartmasini sevmeyenler icin harika bir lezzet.

2 Buyuk Kurusogan
1 Limon
5 Dis Sarimsak
1 Cay bardagi Zeytinyagi
1 Tatli kasigi tane Karabiber
2 Defne yapragi
1 Tatli kasigi Tuz
1 Cay bardagi Su

Ayiklayip yikadiginiz Sardalya lari suzgude fazla sualrini suzun.
Kuru soganalri halka halka dograyin , sarimsakalri minik minik dograyip soganlarin uzerine serpin . Defne yaprakalrini elinizle ufalayip sogan ve sarimsakalrin uzerine serpin.
Limonu halka halka dilimleyip aralikli soganalrin uzerine dizin.
Suzulen baliklarida limonun uzerien dizin .
Kara biberi ve Tuzunu baliklarin uzerine serpin.
Yagi gezdirin .
Suyu ekleyin
Onceden isitilmis firinda yaklasik yarim saat uzeri Aliminyum folyo ile kapli sekilde pisirin.
Yarim saat sonra uzerini acip 10 dakika daha pisirin.

~~~ BAKED SARDINA~~~~
2 Lb Sardina
2 Large Onions
1 lemon
5 Clove Garli
1/3 Cup Olive oil
1/3 Cup Water
1 Tea spoon Peppercorn
1 Tea spoon Salt
1 Bay Leaves
~~~ PROCEDUR~~~
Clean Sardina and wash.
Select a oven safe glasspat.
Slice onions and place into glass pat.
Slice garlic on to onions .
Crush bay leaves and spread in to pat.
Slice lemon and spread over mixture.
Place Sardines over lemons.
Spread peppercorn in the sardines.
Pour the olive oil by running over Sardinia.
Add water and salt.
Cover with Aluminum foil.
Preheat oven 350 F
Cook for 30 minutes and,
Remove the foil and cook another 15 minutes.
